Senior MIC/Hybrid Assembler
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
MIC/Hybrid assembly experience with detectors, limiters and mixer
products
Experience with substrate and diode attach using silver epoxy paste.
Experience with solder preform die attach.
Experience with wire bonding and gap welding
Experience with soldering irons
The position requires 10 years related experience in MIC & Hybrid
assembly.
