Microwave Design Engineer
Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and Development of Microwave and RF Mixers, Detectors, Limiters
used in Military and Space electronics. Support manufacturing and
test of existing products. Analyze designs to characteristize performance
and provide data. Revise designs as required to achieve product performance
and product goals. Evaluate and choose new devices to be used in existing
products. Evaluate test equipment and processing equipment used in
production of the products. Diagnose problems, direct repair, tune
and test products. Perform circuit analysis and optimization using
computer aided design tools. Use Professional concepts to solve a
variety of problems. Assist in developing and implementing department
product/technology strategies. Represent the company in customer meetings.
Review customer designs and develop cost models.
Education: BSEE - 5 years experience /MSEE preferred
Minimum of 5 years of design experience in Microwave and RF Mixers,
Detectors, Limiters.
